17 Mar 2018After I restart my Alcatel Idol 5S (Cricket, model 6060c), I have trouble getting it to connect again. I tried with both a low and high charge to reinstall the Qualcomm driver again, checked debbuging and MTP settings, and finally connected the USB cable at each possible step in the process just because I can’t figure out what else could be wrong. I can never ascertain what it is that actually “clicks” and finally allows my PC to recognize the phone. I’ve found every kind of tip out there, including suggestiuons to just hard reset your phone and donate it. Is there a complete and reliable step-by-step published?
